About
I received my Master's Degree in Human Development Counseling from Vanderbilt University in 2009. After graduating I worked at various community and school settings all over the southeast. In 2014, I finally branched out into private practice, which has been a long time dream and goal for me! My passion as a therapist is helping clients know their unique story, recognize and feel their feelings, discover a deeper sense of self, develop more authentic relationships, and experience healing and personal growth through the counseling process.
I specialize in helping clients work through many issues, including:
- anxiety
- depression
- trauma
- grief/loss
- eating disorders
- self-harm
- sexual abuse
- family of origin
- boundaries
- codependency
