Healing and personal growth is possible.
Healing the invisible scars of emotional wounding can feel impossible at times. We either bury the pain so deep that it feels out of reach, or life moves so quickly that we can't find the time to connect with our hearts. At times we find ourselves feeling stuck, discouraged, weighed down, or even hopeless...
As a psychotherapist, I aim to provide a safe place for my clients to come as they are and sit in the tensions of life. Our tendency as humans is to numb our pain; instead, I work to help my clients learn how to name and process their feelings, needs, and desires. By studying their unique story and wounds, I help my clients face truth with courage and be kind to themselves as they move through challenging seasons in life. While pain will always be present in the world, my goal is to help my clients learn how to be more fully alive as they navigate both joy and hardship.
